Our technical staff averages over fifteen years of technical repair experience. We have Canon, Tektronix, and Minolta factory trained technicians and use OEM parts. We are also capable of servicing most Kodak, 3M, Bell & Howell, Anacomp and many other microfilm products.
All parts, labor, travel and one preventive maintenance visit per year are covered under the standard maintenance contract. Response time is guaranteed to be eight (8) business hours or less. Imagex can also provide a comprehensive contract that includes all supplies and consumables except for paper. We accept major credit cards credit cards for all supplies and services.
