Hardware Maintenance

Chances are, your business makes significant investments in scanners and imaging equipment. Imagex keeps your investment serviced and running efficiently. Our services range from economical offsite support services to complete onsite support and maintenance agreements.

Service Programs

Depot Service

If you prefer to ship your equipment to our service center to be repaired, our Depot Service programs are designed for you. This service includes parts, labor and shipping of repaired equipment for covered hardware failures. Depot Service does not include any consumables, preventative maintenance or any issues with software configurations. The Depot Service provides unlimited technical support and troubleshooting.

Imagex Carepack

The Imagex Carepack program is designed to provide the same service and conditions as the Depot program, but adds the enhancement of sending a replacement unit. A comparable refurbished scanner is sent to you overnight and your malfunctioning equipment is sent to the Service Center. You then keep the replacement equipment.

Advanced Exchange

The Advance Exchange program also provides the same services and conditions as the Depot, but adds the enhancement of offering a loaner scanner during repair. If our technician cannot resolve your service issue over the phone, this program provides a replacement unit to be shipped overnight.

Maintenance Agreements

Our standard maintenance contracts cover all parts, labor and travel expenses, and include one preventive maintenance visit per year. Response time is guaranteed to be eight (8) business hours or less. Imagex can also provide a comprehensive contract that includes all supplies and consumables except for paper. We accept major credit cards credit cards for all supplies and services.

On-site

If your business is within 75 miles of our closest office, Imagex offers on-site maintenance (exceptions may apply). Guaranteed to respond within an 8-hour timeframe, our On-site service program includes parts, labor and travel.

On-site service includes:

  • All parts, labor and travel

  • Unlimited on-site support during business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday (any service calls received after 4:00pm will be dispatched as received the next business day)

  • Unlimited telephone technical support and remote support via WebEx
