When you need service:

When you are in need of service, you can call (703) 467-1575 and ask for the Service Department or log onto www.imagexinc.com to submit your service request. When placing a service request, you will need your product or software description, serial number, if applicable, location of the equipment, and a brief description of the service issue. Service will be available between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We provide unlimited technical support over the phone and thru Webex.
