When you need service:

When you are in need of service, you can call (703) 467-1575 and ask for the Service Department. Or, log onto www.imagexinc.com to submit your service request. Service will be available between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). You will need your serial number, location of the scanner and a brief description of your service issue when placing a service call. We provide unlimited technical support and the technician may try to resolve the issue over the phone. The customer may need to supply information to the technician so that he can determine if the scanner has a hardware problem and is in need of repair.
